Leadership without the 'leader' badge
Duration 2 hours
Team Professional Development
This workshop is an opportunity for those who do not have a formal leadership position to think about what it means to be a leader of ourselves. How by adopting a leadership mind-set we can be up to something that we care about, engage others in what we are leading for and deliver positive results.

Learning outcomes:
By the end of this workshop, delegates will
  • Understand what it means to be a leader and how everyone can consciously be in leader mode more of the time
  • Be able to describe the leader they want to be and the impact they want to have on others
  • Have identified an opportunity where they can be in "leader mode" more of the time in their current role

Pre work:
Reflect on the following:
Who is the best leader you have ever worked with/for and what made them the best for you?
What do you care about most in life - in other words, what matters to you, what do you value most or what do you have most passion for? (e.g the planet, family, quality of life, purpose, ambition, money, health etc)
