This session aimed at supporting line managers to discuss and understand the different stages of onboarding and induction for new members of their team before they start, when they do and the first 3 months of their new role.
This will include:
Talking about the tools and resources available to support onboarding and building a local induction plan
Advice on building a psychological safe space for new colleagues with a focus on our UoN values.
Understand how to support your new staff in the first few months. Highlighting benefits and opportunities to new colleagues.
