This course is designed for staff who wish to improve the quality of their own work or that of their team/department.
The course will be a blend of tutor input, group and individual work.
We all like to receive a quality produce or service, and we all like to give a quality product or service to our customers. But what is quality and how may it be improved? This course is designed to get you thinking about how the work that you or your team produce can be improved.
This session will provide you with the opportunity to:
Identify definitions or quality and the implications these have for your own work;
Consider the customers for your work - what are their needs?
Examine the current situation for any problem areas;
Uncovering the present unmet needs of your customer;
Plan for quality improvement - and for turning this into a continuous process.
