Description: This session will cover how to manage feelings of isolation, motivation and control in the current uncertain times. It will also give advice and tips on looking after your mental wellbeing while studying for a PhD, including self-care and putting together a wellbeing plan.

You will need a headset or speakers for the webinar and we recommend that you join 10 minutes before the webinar is due to start so that you can test them.
