Managing myself in changing and challenging times (resillience)
Duration1.5 hours
Team Professional Development
This workshop is for people who understand the basic concept of the change curve and how people react in times of change. It is a practical session which helps delegates understand their own triggers which move them from being at their best and provides a model to help build resilience muscles meaning they are more able to flex those muscles when things feel tough.
By the end of this workshop, delegates will
• Have identified the situations that feel most challenging for them and explored the reasons for that
• Explored a range of techniques to help them develop and grow personal resilience
• Have identified an opportunity where they can take action to build resilience in their current role

Think about a time recently when you have felt at your best - what was going on for you at that time to make you feel that way?
Think of a time when you have felt under pressure and not able to be at your best - what was going on for you to make you feel that way?
What strategies have you used in the past to help you remain resilient in challenging times?
What strategies have you seen others using that have helped them to remain resilient in challenging times?
