This workshop is designed for those colleagues on the self-directed route to recognition already developing a claim for Associate Fellow who would like more detail on aspects such as structure of content (both written or presentation format); ideas on effective examples of practice (for the various descriptors); and ideas on developing an extended evidence-base for demonstrating impact. This will be a practical opportunity to beginning planning your submission and to reflect with peers on how your practice always aligns with the UKPSF.
At the end of the session you will:
Have planned an overall approach to your submission for Associate Fellow
Identified some key examples of practice and evidence to focus on and started your draft;
Identified a peer network to support final submission and remaining in good standing as part of your professional practice
Know where to find further resources and development opportunities
