With competing priorities, complex structures, and varying channels, it’s easy for messages to get lost, or never quite land. This practical, interactive workshop explores how to move beyond simply "telling" others information to truly "connecting" through communication that is clear, effective, and impactful. Participants will explore how communication shapes understanding, behaviour and relationships across large organisations, how to select the right channels for different purposes, and how to create meaningful two-way dialogue that helps messages genuinely land. 

This workshop relates to the “Communication”, “Self-leadership” and “Leading others: promotes wellbeing and inclusion” competencies outlined in the Competency Framework.
