The session is designed primarily for line managers, leaders and cultural professional colleagues. The People & Culture Survey 2025 will be running from Tuesday 4th to Friday 21st of November. In preparation, we are holding this briefing session. 

The session will cover:

• Update on the upcoming survey and actions in response to the last People & Culture survey 2023 results
• The role of line managers, leaders and cultural professional colleagues before, during, and after the survey
• The support, resources, and toolkits available before and after the survey
• An introduction to our survey platform provider, People Insight, who will explain how they ensure responses remain anonymous, how data is kept secure, and provide a demo of the survey dashboard (similar to the 2023 survey layout)

Your involvement is vital to encouraging participation and helping colleagues understand the value of the survey. The briefing will also provide space for questions and discussion on how best to engage your colleagues.
