In this learning forum we will focus on the tools and techniques needed to bring teams together so that they can deliver high performance. We’ll be led by you and what you bring in terms of the challenges you’re facing and the ideas you want to explore, but themes you’re likely to discuss include: how we can strengthen connection and communication, developing a shared sense of purpose and identity, how we can clarify roles responsibilities and expectations, and how to use feedback.

Our learning forums are a new approach to learning; they’re informal and focused on practical action to solve the challenges we’re facing. As such coming into one of these sessions you should expect to work together with colleagues, bring and be open about challenges that you’re facing and share ideas and best practice with each other. These forums are aimed at staff in departments who have been affected by Future Nottingham phase 1.
