The workshop is for anyone who manages people and wants to do so fairly and with consistency – you could, for example be leading a research team, managing an administrative team and line managing staff.
Types of problem people and motivations for their behaviours;
A leadership model for dealing with problem people;
Managing difficult situations where conflict or bullying are involved, including when to confront staff.
Having difficult conversations around performance.
A combination of presentation, discussion and case study.
