Following the changes that FN1 has brought about it’s likely that the old ways of working aren’t working for us anymore, but how do we find new ways of working that deliver high performance, empower our people and look after their wellbeing? This learning forum will explore how we can do this. We’ll be led by you and what you bring to the session in what we explore, but themes you’re likely to discuss include: collaborative working, systems leadership approaches, agile working, and how to identify opportunities for innovation and simplification.

Our learning forums are a new approach to learning; they’re informal and focused on practical action to solve the challenges we’re facing. As such coming into one of these sessions you should expect to work together with colleagues, bring and be open about challenges that you’re facing and share ideas and best practice with each other. These forums are aimed at staff in departments who have been affected by Future Nottingham phase 1.
