Identifying strengths & career planning

This optional workshop (Workshop 5) which is offered as part of the Preparing to Teach Programme gives you an opportunity to reflect on your learning and to identify future activity for your own Professional Development in Teaching and Learning.

Learning Objectives:

As part of the workshop, you will be able to:

• Demonstrate an understanding of some key theories of reflective practice and professional behaviours and how these may relate to practice
• Critically self-reflect on your professional practice
• Exercise judgement in identifying some key actions for future CPD in the form of a professional development plan

Preparing to Teach in Higher Education programme participants only.
