This is a brand new session open to all those who are line managers of staff at UON.

The session will support those who are new to line management, or those line managers who would value a refresher on key aspects of the role.

This is a 3 hour 30 minute face to face session that will cover the essentials of being a line manager at the University.

This is also a great opportunity to network and share best practice with other line managers.
