This training is open to all staff currently serving as Senior Tutors, as well as those about to assume the role. All participants are expected to have completed the Xerte course in advance; Becoming an Effective Senior Tutor 

The session will focus on case studies and provide an opportunity to exchange ideas on handling complex situations involving personal tutees.

Aims:
To develop confidence, build networks, and enhance competence in supporting personal tutors and personal tutees in the capacity of a Senior Tutor.
