In this learning forum we’ll focus on what we can do in the face of complex and uncertain situations, like those we face today, to take control and find the stability that we need. We’ll be led in this by what you bring, but themes you’re likely to discuss include: psychological safety, managing the emotional impact of change, how we can identify purpose and find motivation and how we can be comfortable with uncertainty.

Our learning forums are a new approach to learning; they’re informal and focused on practical action to solve the challenges we’re facing. As such coming into one of these sessions you should expect to work together with colleagues, bring and be open about challenges that you’re facing and share ideas and best practice with each other. These forums are aimed at staff in departments who have been affected by Future Nottingham phase 1.
