This session will help you to support performance, including building trust, psychological safety and providing structure through accountability and feedback. In the second half of the workshop, members of the HR Employee Relations team will explain the informal and formal performance management process, followed by a group discussion of case studies.

Understand the informal and formal performance management process, including responsibilities, steps and goals
Be able to conduct effective and open performance conversations, including using coaching tools
