Professional Career Framework Scoping Workshops - Technical Services staff.

 
Over the coming year, Learning and Development, Organisational Development and HR Operations will be collaborating to develop a career framework for staff in APM, O&F and Technical Services (non-specialist) job families. 

The aim of the framework is to support you with the knowledge, practical tools and confidence to navigate internal career options, plan your development and prepare for career transitions. We also aim to support managers with up-to-date guidance for internal resourcing and support for more meaningful career conversations.   

We would like to invite you to join one of the in-person scoping workshops below - please be ready to come with your ideas to help shape this new framework.

Please choose a session that matches your job family and level to ensure discussions are relevant and meaningful. If you can’t attend an in-person session, we will also be hosting an online session for all job families and levels to allow everyone the opportunity to contribute.
