Target Audience: This programme is ideal for researchers including PGRs, research enablers, and anyone involved in facilitating research who seek to excel in a diverse and globalised research landscape.

Please note: Should you wish to be awarded a certificate for this programme, you will need to have completed the core session- Intercultural Competence: Empowering Researchers and Research Enablers for Global Impact, and two of the other three sessions.

Session Aim: As part of the Global Research Navigator: Shaping Global Minds Programme, this session - Strategic Insights: Evaluating Research Performance, aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of research performance evaluation and how to evaluate research performance, ultimately enhancing research capabilities and strategic positioning.

Session Outcomes: At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of research performance evaluation
  • See how we measure research performance
  • See how our research performance is as an institution
  • See how evaluation can provide strategic insights and aid decision-making
