Target Audience: All postgraduate researchers (PGRs) 

Description:

This is a PGR only session covering some common themes that a post graduate researcher may experience during their research such as isolation, loss of motivation and Imposter Syndrome and looking at ways to develop a good work-life balance with a focus on wellbeing and self-care.

Process: This is a webinar within Microsoft Teams.
