Description:
Do you struggle to balance the demands of university life and your mental health and wellbeing? Based on The Three Systems model developed by Dr Paul Gilbert, this workshop teaches you how to develop tools to engage with external stressors in accepting and encouraging ways. As a result aiding yourself to feel confident about accomplishing difficult tasks and dealing with challenging situations. This workshop focusses on non-judgment, strength, warmth, empathy, wisdom, kindness, and moral courage – all linked to compassion.
