For colleagues working towards completing an application for UKCGE Recognition, this session provides an opportunity to explore and discuss the requirements for completing your Supervisor Reflective Account. Drawing on example texts for criteria 2 Supervisory relationships with candidates and 3 Supervisory relationships with co-supervisors we will consider how to produce reflective accounts of supervisory experience that aligns to the Good Supervisory Practice Framework criteria.
