We work within a university system that, in turn, sits inside a whole ecosystem of interrelations within and without the university sector. This session will offer senior leaders a new lens through which to make sense of the complex relationships that create our system and a set of tools and approaches to consider new ways to effect change, devise strategy and impact culture.
