Are you struggling to acknowledge what your strengths are and do you find it difficult to share them in a way that feels authentic to you? This session is an opportunity to reflect on what comes to you naturally and how you can best showcase this in the recruitment process.

Explore what some of your strengths are and how they can help mitigate the impact of your weaknesses
Translate your strengths into compelling narratives
Pre-workshop mandatory activity:
Please complete a free starter Strengths Profile before booking onto the workshop. Through this starter profile, you will discover your top 3 realised strengths, 3 unrealised strengths, 2 learned behaviours and 1 weakness. Please complete your profile before the session and bring it with you, either on your laptop or in a printed format, to fully take part in the activities. Please do not overthink your responses and do this when you don’t feel rushed.
