We face complex continuous change everyday; this spotlight session will open a discussion around effective change leadership which recognises the all-important human side of successful change.

Event Aims
These sessions aim to provide practical insights, tools, tips and conversation around different topics which are likely to be relevant to you. Whether you have been at the University for some while, or are a newly appointed/promoted, there are topics which are likely to be of interest. The focus of the sessions will be on exchanging ideas with others attending, as well as bringing examples for discussion with the University expert leading the session. You can book to attend all of the sessions, or just a few – it’s up to you!
All sessions are planned to take place virtually using Teams.
