Change is constant, but when it happens without a sense of clarity and direction it can be unsettling and disruptive. If we can define a clear picture of where we're going and why we're going there though we can bring people with us and deliver change that improves our performance and delivers real benefit for the university. This learning is all about helping you to define your vision for change and communicate it to the people you need to get involved.

Define and communicate a vision for change that empowers colleagues to take action.
