This full day workshop creates space for participants to interrogate the requirements of Senior Fellow submissions, and to craft a plan/ partial submission, guided by expert colleagues.

Learning outcomes:

• Review the requirements for SFHEA, with a specific focus on professional values (inclusivity) and core knowledge (critical evaluation) through the lens of leadership
• Plan the structure of your submission and/ or the evidence-base you will be drawing on (reflective and evidence-based practice)
• Work collaboratively to identify your own strengths and where you need further information or to develop practice in your context

Please note that the afternoon section of this workshop (1-4pm) is optional and designed to provide participants with the space they need to either continue to plan their submission/ draft specific sections, or to gain further insight into specific requirements. Activity is planned but will also be negotiated with participants.
