The SFHEA workshop provides opportunity for interrogating the requirements of Senior Fellowship submissions, with particular attention to professional values (including inclusivity) and core knowledge (critical evaluation), explored through a leadership lens. Participants will be supported to plan the structure of their submission and/or develop robust evidence base grounded in reflective and evidence-informed practice. The optional afternoon session offers flexible, supported writing time. Participants may choose to continue planning, draft specific sections, or explore particular aspects of the requirements in more depth. While activities are planned, the focus and pace will be shaped collaboratively to meet participants’ needs.
