This short course has been specifically created for all student-facing Staff, Postgraduate Researchers and Associates at the University of Nottingham.  It is an interactive on-line workshop facilitated by Dr. Charley Baker (Associate Professor of Mental Health) and Laura Sanderson (Senior Manager Critical Incidents & Safeguarding).


Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the session delegates will know:

  • What safeguarding is, what the safeguarding risks for students are and how these may present
  • What action you should take if you become aware of any safeguarding concerns
  • Where you can get support, advice & guidance
