Teaching and Learning Observation College (TLOC) matches observees with observers and professional dialogue requests with professional dialogue facilitators at UoN. It focuses on reflecting together to learn together.

Session objectives:

• To understand the guiding principles of TLOC and its structure within the University of Nottingham
• To consider how to approach leading an impactful observation or professional dialogue
• To describe the logistical information pertinent to TLOC

Who should attend this session?

TLOC Associates and individuals who are interested in becoming a TLOC Associate (observer or professional dialogue facilitator). This training is also suitable for individuals who have previously observed or been a professional dialogue facilitator and would like to refresh their skills.
