Duration 1.5 hours
Team Professional Development

A growth mindset transforms how we face challenges, learn, and lead. This session will help you shift from “I can’t” to “I can’t yet,” equipping you with practical tools to embrace continuous learning and self-leadership.

You’ll explore the difference between fixed and growth mindsets, uncover your own mindset tendencies, and discover how they shape your behaviour and development. You’ll also learn how to apply strategies and solution-focused goal setting to build resilience, encourage curiosity, and sustain lifelong learning in both personal and professional contexts.

Through self-assessment, group discussion, and coaching exercises, you’ll leave with a personalised action plan and practical steps to foster growth in yourself and others.

This workshop relates to the following competencies outlined in the Competency Framework: “Innovation and problem solving” and “Self-Leadership”
