This training session is aimed at University staff who would like to set up and manage booking pages for Conferences & Events on the University Online Store at


Online Store card payment pages can cater for everything from simple payments for physical items like clothing and mugs, to document ordering, admin fees and field trips, as well as more specialised set ups for conference and event bookings and short courses.


Any process where departments need to take payment and/or capture booking or registration details can be set up to run automatically using this service, sending the money to a designated Agresso project code with all the information available via excel friendly online reports.

  *  How to setup Events
  *  How to manage Events and run report
  *  How to handle enquiries, booking amends and refunds


Please note: the training is aimed at users who will be creating or managing events on a regular basis, for business areas just needing the odd page setting up annually the Online Store offers a form based service.
