Description:

The course provides an overview of the key elements of anti-bribery legislation that staff will need to be aware of. This supplements the University’s Anti-Bribery Policy.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Define bribery and recognise its various forms.
• Identify the Scope and application of the Bribery Act 2010 in UK, and overseas.
• Implement effective measures for preventing bribery in the University.
• Comprehend the legal and reputational consequences of engaging in bribery.
• Apply your understanding of anti-bribery legislation to a variety of real-world scenarios.

This training will only need to be completed once.

Pass Mark: To complete this course you must answer all the questions correctly.  The score you achieve will not be shown on your training record - it will be displayed as "Complete" in the Status column
