The course isn't going to command you to do anything. One of the important things to remember is that all virtual teams are different. There are so many variables, what works for one team won't necessarily work for another. The course uses explainer videos, followed by an aide-memoires question section, that'll guide you through techniques that studies have shown should help. They're segmented into bite-size chunks to help digestion of information and keep you getting bored. Although a lot of the theories are common sense, we've tried to keep at as far from patronising as possible.
