The aim of this course is to remove or reduce the stigma of Mental Health in the workplace. There are no easy answers or sure-fire solutions.
This course will cover spotting early warning signs and safe and supportive conversations about mental wellbeing as a colleague and as a manager.
The benefits of wellbeing, action plans for you and your team, and how to embed the robustness of resilience into the day-to-day will also be discussed.
