Mental Wellbeing and Resilience (Online Course)
This course is about measuring your mental wellbeing, where you are now, and the small things that you could do to make a difference in your life and work and outside of it.
In this module, we explore our priorities in our mental wellbeing and look at the different steps we can take to improve it.
Please Note: This course is part of a modular structure, so you are recommended to complete it in the following order:
