This session is aimed at new staff but open to any University of Nottingham staff, any role and any level.  Not suitable for students.

An interactive workshop style session with members of UoN Libraries, including presentations, an introduction to NUsearch, a marketplace showcasing library services and an optional tour of George Green Library.

The event aims to provide:

• Understand the role that Libraries play within the University
• Find out what Libraries can offer for staff at the University
• An introduction to NUsearch - the library collections discovery tool and your Library account
• Learn about libraries and other key services - including Moodle, Manuscripts and Special Collections, reading lists, the new Student Academic Skills team and support for researchers
• The final 30 minutes will be a tour of George Green Library
