Personal Development and leadership programme for disabled staff (CALIBRE) briefing
Duration 0.5 days
Team Central Short Courses

Who should attend

Any member of staff interested in finding out more about the programme – especially it’s content and participant experience.

Any Line Manager with a member of staff who wishes to attend and would like to find out more in order to approve or support participation.

This short briefing session is an opportunity to find out in detail about the University’s flagship training and development programme for disabled staff – the CALIBRE programme, open to all job families and all levels.

It is tailored to reflect the challenges and experiences of disabled staff within HE, and is led by an expert in the field.  Staff don’t have to have declared a disability to participate, and workshops are run one day per week over 3 weeks in April 2019. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, as well as reflection on impact and participant experience.
