Target Audience

This session is suitable for anyone who wishes to learn how to practice mindfulness with a trained mindfulness teacher.  No previous experience of mindfulness skills training is required.  Staff who have attended the Mindfulness skills programme and wish to review their learning are also invited to attend. 

Description

Mindfulness practices offered to support you in developing mental focus and good health.

These sessions have been requested by Mindfulness practitioners and are open to anyone who would like to learn more about mindfulness. They are part of a pilot programme to support the development of the Mindfulness Community of Practice @ Jubilee. 

Format of the session:

This is a 45 MINUTE practical session which offers experience of mindfulness practices and with the option to participate and learn from discussions/'inquiry' about practice. You may wish to eat your lunch before you arrive.

Tutor:

This course is led by a mindfulness teacher trained and engaged in regular mindfulness supervision & CPD in accordance with the UK Network for Mindfulness-based Teacher Training Organisations https://www.ukmindfulnessnetwork.co.uk/.
