Who should attend
This course is designed for all those who wish to understand Action Learning and how it may be used to solve problems and to aid in personal development.
The course is open to both staff and Postgraduate Research Students.
Learning Outcomes
Action Learning is a fairly simple concept. It involves a group of people coming together to talk about problems or challenges they are facing, going away with potential actions they can take and reporting back to a group at a subsequent meeting. Simple in concept but this technique has proved to be very powerful in its application. Through the process, problems are solved and learning takes place. However, there are ways to do this well, and ways to do it less successfully This course will help you to take the successful path!
