Focus Group to discuss the principles of new Performance Related Reward models, linked to the introduction of the new Appraisal and Development Conversation (ADC) process from May 2019. These sessions will provide staff with the opportunity to share their thoughts on what reward and recognition models/mechanisms would be meaningful to them in the future.
