About the Course

This Dangers of Sleep Deprivation course is designed to wake people up to the importance of sleep. Humans spend around one-third of their lives sleeping, and yet, we know very little about it. Scientists are only starting to understand why it is we sleep, but what we do know for sure is that sleep is very important.

The modules in this course explore why sleep is so important and provide learners with knowledge and techniques they can use to ensure they get a better night’s sleep.
