The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Online Course with Assessment)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force on the 25th of May 2018, replacing the existing data protection framework under the EU Data Protection Directive. You need to be aware of the new law and how it affects you and your organisation.

About the course

This course will cover all of the important bits of GDPR you need to know about.

And it’s important you do know. The consequences of not knowing are enough to make you sit up and go ‘Heck, I wish I did know’.

Confused? It’s fine if you are, don’t worry. This course is here to un-confuse you.

Course format: There's 45 minutes worth of content

We know you want to/are being made to learn about the GDPR, but we also know that your time is precious.

That’s the exact reason we’ve created this course in small chunks, to enable you to dip in and out when it suits you.

You can spend as little as 3 minutes to learn something new, or take the full course to refresh your memory if you’ve simply forgotten something. We’ll deliver the info in an interesting way, but using language you can understand, so it doesn’t feel as heavy and complex. We’ll even (try to) make it pretty funny. There’ll be animated videos, interactive slides, and even a fun quiz to help cement the learning.

This is a general course for employees to raise GDPR awareness. It is not intended as legal advice, but simply informational content on many of the key topics.
