Course Description:
By using the narrative structure and developing springboard stories, participants will see how they can improve their professional performance, and problem solving skills. They will be given a range of creative tools that they can apply to the workplace and use to improve teaching and learning. This session is hands on, practical, and fun.

Alison Davies is an experienced trainer and creative practitioner. An author of thirteen books on a range of subjects and a professional storyteller. Alison delivers workshops for both the public and private sector throughout the UK. She has been involved in a number of ground-breaking projects using narratives, in particular working with the law school at Leicester University and delivering seminars using storytelling and presentation techniques as part of legal ethics seminars. She also writes for a selection of magazines, newspapers and educational journals. Her goal is to encourage a creative approach in all aspects of teaching and learning.
