  • Apply automatic text formatting
  • Use AutoCorrect to automatically correct commonly misspelled and mis-typed words and phrases
  • Create and use building blocks
  • Create and use AutoText entries
  • Insert fields and controls to give you precise control over dynamic text
  • Work with dictionaries to edit existing and create/upload technical terms
Pre-Requisites:

The course is designed for participants who have attended the "Microsoft Word: Managing Long Documents" course.


To participate in this session you will need to have the latest version of Microsoft Office installed on your device before the session starts. If you are unsure if you have the latest version please see the Install Office Updates web page.  This session will focus on the Windows version of Microsoft Office.

You are required to attend the whole of the course, this is not a "drop in" session.
